The Bible is a television mini-series, produced by Roma Downey and Mark Burnett, which is
based on the Bible.
It began March 3, 2013, airing weekly in primetime on the History Channel,
culminating on March 31. Burnett considers the scripted 10-hour series to be
the "most important" project he has undertaken.
